SPUSD does not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnic group, race, ancestry, national origin, religion, color or disability in any program or activity. Title IX is a comprehensive federal law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in any federally funded education program or activity. SPUSD reminds all costs to programs are donations, and that no student will be excluded from participation in an educational activity, including extracurricular and curricular activities due to the inability to make donation to the program. A pupil enrolled in a school shall not be required to pay any fee, deposit, or other charge not specifically authorized by law.
