In anticipation and preparation of the upcoming school year, the 2020-21 Home Campus Athletic Window will open starting on Monday May 11th.
All current and incoming athletes MUST complete the online Athletic Clearance Process PRIOR to participation in any capacity. This can be done by selecting the Athletic Clearance tab above.

WHATS NEW WITH HOME CAMPUS: Unlike the past process which student athletes had to submit a separate proof a completion page for every sport they were participating in, for the upcoming 2020-21 school year, student athletes will only need to submit ONE proof of completion page (parent signatures). Student athletes will need to:
1.) Digitally click on all sports they are interested in participating in on HomeCampus (towards the end of the process). Upon digitally selecting their sports on their HomeCampus profile, their information/profile will automatically show up on the clearance tab for those coaches/teams they selected to see.
2.) Write down all sports they wish to participate in on the proof of completion page (it will be presented as a question on the form).
**Actual hard copies of Sports Physical Form (doctor signs) and Student Covid 19 Consent waiver forms can be downloaded from the FORMS tab above. Proof of Completion Page from Home Campus (provided upon the completion of the online process) will need to be submitted to SPHS athletic office before athletic clearance can be granted. No hard copy forms will be collected until clearance to return to school has been granted. Stay Tuned... (**Completed Forms however can be uploaded to students HomeCampus profile as an option).
(Only Sports Physicals dated after June 1st 2020 will be valid for the 2020/21 school year!)

Reminder, all student athletes must go through Covid screening daily (wear a mask, bring water, and come dressed to participate), and must be athletically cleared prior to being able to practice/participate.
*Spring Sport Athletes- if you still have not submitted your 3 clearance forms (1. Sports Physical, 2. Liability Form, and 3. Proof of Completion Page), you can bring with you when you attend your first day of practice however you will not be cleared to participate until the following day (24-hour turnaround). If you are able, you can also email them to Mr. Jordan at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org or bring direct to SPHS main office to drop of M-F between 8:00am-3:30pm.
