Greetings all SPHS Fall Sport Student Athletes,
On Monday October 19th thru TBD, Santa Paula Street will be a busy place near Palm Court. The intersection of 5th Street and Santa Paula Street will be open, but the street will likely not be as "free-flowing" as usual.
With that said, please plan on arriving at your practices a bit earlier to allow you time to get to your Covid check in stations.
DROP OFFS: If you drive, you can park on the 5th street parking lot located next to tennis courts or on SPHS Campus (angled parking going up 5th street) next to the baseball field. If you are getting dropped off, it would be easier to drop off on 5th street next to the Science and Tech Building and walk across through the pool alley way.
More information to follow as this project gets under way.
Thank you once again and keep up the good work!
Go SP CARDINALS!
Santa Paula High School
In anticipation and preparation of the upcoming school year, the 2020-21 Home Campus Athletic Window will open starting on Monday May 11th.
All current and incoming athletes MUST complete the online Athletic Clearance Process PRIOR to participation in any capacity. This can be done by selecting the Athletic Clearance tab above.
(**Be sure you select 2020-21 school year.)
(**Be sure you select Santa Paula High School)
WHATS NEW WITH HOME CAMPUS: Unlike the past process which student athletes had to submit a separate proof a completion page for every sport they were participating in, for the upcoming 2020-21 school year, student athletes will only need to submit ONE proof of completion page (parent signatures). Student athletes will need to:
1.) Digitally click on all sports they are interested in participating in on HomeCampus (towards the end of the process). Upon digitally selecting their sports on their HomeCampus profile, their information/profile will automatically show up on the clearance tab for those coaches/teams they selected to see.
2.) Write down all sports they wish to participate in on the proof of completion page (it will be presented as a question on the form).
**Actual hard copies of Sports Physical Form (doctor signs-can be downloaded on www.sphsathletics.org) and Proof of Completion Page from the athletic web site (provided at the completion of the online process) will need to be submitted to SPHS athletic office before athletic clearance can be granted. No hard copy forms will be collected until clearance to return to school has been granted. Stay Tuned... (**Completed Forms however can be uploaded to students HomeCampus profile).
(Only Sports Physicals dated after June 1st 2020 will be valid for the 2020/21 school year!)
Please Contact Athletic Office at 525-4400 ext. 22704 or 22702, firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com if you have any questions.
For additional questions and information, please feel free to contact the SPHS Athletics Office (Ext. 22704/22017) Monday thru Friday from 9:00am-12:00pm.
